Mod For Supermaxx 750 (old version)
*sorry for no pictures but I did this mod like 2 years ago.
Supplies Needed: Small phillips screwdriver, *Flat head screwdriver, hot glue/epoxy applier, hacksaw, barrel material of your choice (petg, pvc, copper/brass. I used PVC), and sand paper/dremel.
*=optional
This is a simple mod to do, the hardest part is opening the case. There are 2 orange caps, one on the front of the gun where the barrel is and the other is at the end of the gun where the pump is. You could try to pry them off but I had no luck doing that. What I ended up doing was taking a hacksaw and cutting through the caps until I saw purple plastic coming off which I knew was part of the body. Once you saw through the caps, you can remove them if you want, I did.
Once you're inside, you'll notice how simple the gun is, it's pretty much just an airtank and trigger mechanism. First thing to do is take the pump out of the cylinder it's in. See the hole at the end? Take your epoxy/hot glue and plu it, but make sure you don't use too much or you'll make the pump air tight and it won't work. Set it aside to dry and then look at the barrel.
When you look at the barrel, you'll see that it was made in 2 parts. You want to cut at the base of the barrel where it joins the airtank, NOT where it splits in half. Once the barrel is off, you might as well throw it away unless you have a use for it. If you didn't make a clean cut, sand the airtank where the barrel was till it's nice and smooth. Then, take your barrel and glue it on the air tank. Wait for it to dry and put the gun back together. (NOTE: You might have to sand the front of the case to make it fit). Also, make sure you put you pump back in too, or you'll feel really stupid opening the gun up again to do that.
That's it, your done! You now have a tiny, powerful and accurate sidearm. Remeber not to pump it too many times or the increased pressure caused by the plugged pump will blow the tank or the tank oring which is a pain to fix. (I might do a write up of that later).
