I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions for making a forum unique. In order to get more members and to at least have a semi good rep. we need more members. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, the ideas for changing pics of blasters in the upper right hand corner and a web comic are already taken. How about hand to hand emphasis, or categorizing the mods page and including writeups? About making the forums unique, well, I know what you're saying, but I don't know quite what to do.
