Ok, no release date, as soon as we get 10 people to sign up we launch it within a week. Simple as that. For those of you who don't understand the idea:
Once a month we send out a nerf newspaper, with a comic, some news, maybe a new mod. Just something fun and intresting to help grow the NIC.
